Air Source Heat Pump Installation

This allows us to complete heat loss calculations so we can accurately size the system and identify whether larger radiators would be needed.
- System Installation: We would install an indoor unit, typically in a utility or loft, and connect this to existing pipework. The heat pump would be then be placed outside in an area with good air circulation, minimal obstructions, and on a concrete pad or sturdy platform. We would then have refrigerant and electrical lines run between the units and insulated to prevent heat loss.
- Testing & Commissioning: The next step would be to perform a series of tests to ensure the heat pump is functioning correctly. This includes checking for refrigerant leaks, verifying electrical connections, and calibrating the thermostat. We will then provide you with instructions on how to operate and maintain your system and ensure you receive all necessary documentation, including warranties and maintenance schedules.
